complete the past

Calm, Cool and Collective)
· Focus on your successes & start
to identify how you can take positive steps
in your life. (Think Positive. when U wake the
Morning…. ask Yourself…Instead of
telling, oh dear another sad Monday…”Wow….
what a Lovely day…That will make U, Cool
and Positive) |

2. Positive self-talk
· How to recognise the negative language
you use.( So how recognise. Negative Talks….
instead of saying..”I will try to do it,
say something like the (With a little help and
training. I am able to do IT) How that sounds….Emm
I am sure that sounds More inviting and will do
attitude) · Become aware of how your
mind and body respond to words that you use. (Think
BEFORE U Talk…. so be prepared) Remember
P is Better than C) Prevention is Better Than
Cure). Its Not point saying something…bad
and realise what a stupid Mistake ·
Replace victim words with positive empowering
words. (But How to – If its Nor raining,
I might go for a JOG) Nah that’s being Negative….say
“I am Gonna go to the GYM comes Rain or
Shine (Determined)..YES I can do attitude) |

3. Acknowledge and affirm your strengths
· Identify your personal strengths &
also those recognised by others in you.(Used S.W.O.T
methodology )..Never heard of it...(SWOT stands
for Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats)
Normally, Big Boys like Microsoft used this Methodology.
If U analysed properly. You can used it in your
daily Life (Identify UR main Strengths and Weakness)…make
a list and Concentrate of UR strengths and gradually
move UR weakness to UR strengths…I am sure
it will work… · Discover how
many ways you are smarter than you may think.
(Please don’t let UR self down…. always
thinks U Can Do it) U are smarter than what U
think UR.( How……ask yourself)
· Look at the many advantages of being
employed. (If your Unemployed…. than. that’s
Cool and IF Not why…(with Reason OK…but
without any Reason…makes No sense…Right
or wrong …pause and ask your self.)
· Discover what employers are really looking
for. (What and How I can contribute..) ·
Take advantage of your strengths & make your
first steps onto a career ladder to help you achieve
the life you really want for yourself.( We all
have our Great positive strengths dig out what

4. Clarify your vision and your values
· Decide what is important for you. (What
is Life and where you’re Heading) ·
Start to focus on what you really want to do with
your life. (Bear in your. Mind we all only Live
Once. So U better make use of it) ·
Identify your values & what this means in
respect of who you are (UR values matters, UR
family values, colleagues, so on so fourth)
· Notice whom you admire & what you
admire about them.( Every one of Us got our own
Hero…..and Heroine….so….why
not follow them ( Ask yourself. if they can do
….it to the Top…why Not you. |

5. Plan your future ·
Learn how to set goals. (Goals very important
Aspect in Life)..Without goals and aims and ambitions…man
Life sucks….so Decide and Prepare ·
Start writing down specific, meaningful, achievable
goals whilst aiming high.( Its always Good to
aim high….remember….going back to
First step…where Think Positive will always

6. Visualise and affirm your success
· Recognise the importance of making positive
affirmations in order to keep yourself focused
and on track to achieving your goals. |

7. Act to create it ·
Why taking action NOW is crucial to success.
· How to ask, ask again & repeatedly
ask for exactly what you want. · Appreciate
how fear can keep you from achieving your goals
· Learn how to face your fear & be
prepared to take some healthy risks in order to

8. Respond to feedback
· Appreciate the importance of giving and
receiving feedback. (Feedback is Very important:
If someone says..U know what is UR weakness …blah
blah , U gotta 2 take it and try 2 Improve it
