Central , London urgently requires a mature, hard –working
assistant to provide administrative and secretarial
support. Must be willing to become closely involved
with the business, including liaison with suppliers
and clients when the owner is abroad on business. Excellent
communication and organisational abilities. Keyboard
skills (55 wpm) and a confident telephone manner essential.
Experienced bookkeeper an advantage. Knowledge/experience
of customer service and another language..

essential requirements of the job are somebody who can type,
answer the phone, and keep the business organised –
paperwork up to date, messages dealt with, etc
There is a further requirement, however. Whoever appointed
will need to be capable of keeping the business running
while the owner is away. This may mean dealing with ordering
and invoicing, handling enquiries, coping with day-to-day
problems on their own, and generally making sure that everything
continues to function smoothly.
