Reference Letter 5

Rama worked under my supervision as a sales representative from Feb. 01, 1999, until Feb. 29, 2015. His responsibilities were direct management of a store including profit and loss responsibility, asset management, customer growth, revenue production, personnel development, and inventory control of key result areas. During the course of his employment, Rama proved himself to be an able employee, a hard worker, and a brilliant sales person.
I was quite impressed by Rama's ability to complete all work assigned to him on time. His deals were always thorough and comprehensive, and his follow-ups always accurate.

Overall, Rama is a very meticulous and able employee. I certainly believe he has what it takes to make a wonderful sales manager someday, and I am sad to see him leave. I strongly recommend Rama for any mid-level sales position in sales industry.
