70000 - 100000/annum Various Benefits Permanent Development Consultant / Manager required for a leading specialist in the complex event processing market. Our client currently works with a number of major investment banks, hedge funds, brokerages, market makers and exchanges, supplying them with leading edge trading solutions. They are looking for a Development Consultant / Manager to join their expanding team in the heart of the financial district in the City of London. This is a highly-visible and key position, in which you will have responsibility for providing technical leadership and management of a team of senior consultants and developers. Your role will also involve you working closely with some key clients, analysing their needs and requirements for real-time data processing systems and helping them create high performance, highly scalable applications. The position of Development Consultant / Manager will report directly into the VP of Professional Services and combine both pre-sales and professional services consultancy, so strong communication skills are a must! The ideal candidate must have strong technical experience including strong development experience with Java. You will have strong project and man management coupled with excellent client facing and communications skills. You must have experience within a capital markets environment.
