| As an agricultural engineer, you would have
to design, develop and install agricultural, horticultural and
forestry machinery and equipment. I would also advise farmers,
businesses and government departments on rural development issues,
such as crop diversification, sustainable use of land and large-scale
cultivation of greenhouse gases. Its specific functions that depend on their employer, but may include: Evaluate the environmental impact areas not cultivated or natural semi-intensive production · Monitor construction projects such as agricultural land drainage and irrigation recovery · Solving engineering problems, for example, making it easier for machines to move the shape of the soil in different climatic conditions (known as terramechanics) · Testing and installation of new equipment such as combines, sprayers, storage and logging machinery • Analyze the data and using computer models to advise farmers and enterprises in land use, for example, how to increase crop · Service of Planning and repair of machinery (for more on this see the profile of Agricultural Engineer).
