Agricultural Engineering Technician Job Descriptions

As an agricultural engineering technician, you install the service and sale of agricultural and horticultural machinery, for example tractors, crop processors and logging equipment. His work will focus on three main areas: production, maintenance and repair, sales and marketing.

· Assist agricultural engineers in the development of new products
The creation of plans for software teams with computer-aided design
· Make parts and construction machinery
· Testing of electrical and mechanical systems.
Service and repair covering:


· Make periodic inspections of maintenance in electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic
· Machinery installed on the site
· Inspect and test the equipment
· Training machine operators and laborers.
Sales and marketing might include:
Investigate the development of machinery and market trends
· Demonstration and sale of new equipment and parts
· Management of customer accounts
· Treatment of inquiries and orders.
