Airport information assistant for help
and support passengers in the airport terminal, passengers
to handle requests for information and stay updated on
the changes to flights.
As an airport information assistant should:
· Give out up to date information about flights and services
Direct th passenger throughout the airport, for example
to the right exit
· Respond to telephone inquiries
· Make announcements over the PA system
· Manage complaints
• Update and monitor a system of computerized flight information.
Most of his time is spent on the information desk in the
main lobby of work as part of a small team.
In the smaller airports obligations can be expanded to
include:
· The currency exchange
· Hotels and car rental reservation
· Treatment of lost objects.
