The Alexander Technique practitioners teach people to develop
their posture and coordination to help achieve improvements
in their overall health, fitness and mental wellbeing.
As a practitioner, who generally work with clients on a
one to one basis. That gently use your hands (known as re-work
coordination) to encourage clients to set aside that are
creating tensions in your body. Throughout this process
could explain to the client how the technique relates to
your condition and help them understand how and why you
are not using your body efficiently.
You could work with customers who simply want to learn the
technique for personal development as well as those who
want to meet a range of issues, including:
· The muscular tension
· The posture or balance problems
· Confidence, alertness, concentration and stress
· The vocal problems
· Difficulties physical, such as back, neck or shoulder
pain
· Breathing disorders
His clients also include:
· Music and drama students who need to improve their vocal
technique or posture
• People who participate in different sports who want to
maximize their efforts and improve your flexibility and
time
· The pregnant women who need help coping with the rapid
physical changes associated with pregnancy.
