Bailiffs, sometimes known
as enforcement officers are responsible for enforcing court
orders and taking money or property of people who are in debt.
There are two main types of bailiff: As administrator, you must follow the laws and strict guidelines on what can and can not do. Their duties may include: · Visit and write to the debtor to request payment · The organization of the people to pay debts in installments · Serving court papers · Money offering management advice · Goods and regain possession of the property · The organization of the secured property to be sold at auction · Maintain an accurate record · Be responsible for the money and assets recovered.
