| Barrister or Lawyers give
specialist legal advice to lawyers and other professional
clients, and represent individuals and organizations in the
courts, the courts or public inquiries.
As a lawyer, his work should include:
· Meeting of lawyers and other professionals who consult lawyers
on behalf of their clients
· Take in cases (known as "writings")
· Points of investigation of the law of previous similar cases
· Provide written reports on the causes and legal issues
· Advise the lawyers and other professionals
· Prepare cases for court by reading the witness statements
and reports
· Prepare legal arguments for use in court or in court
· Customers representation in court - the case to the judge
and jury, the questioning of witnesses and summing up.
