Clerk Job Descriptions

As lawyer or barristers 'employee, who would administer attorneys'
offices (known as chambers), and organize the workload of
the attorneys who work there.
Your day to day duties may include: Prepare
the documents and take any books, documents and clothes
and court
¨ mensajeros work (collection and delivery of documents
by hand)
Photocopies and file and deal with letters, emails and phone
calls
· The management accounts, invoices and petty cash
· Expenses of collection
· Organize the law library
· Management of daily record of each lawyer and keep your
information on the case to date
· Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients and their
lawyers
· Reorganisation of times lawyers "when necessary.
With the experience that could be promoted to senior law
clerk (which may also be known as director or manager cameras
practice). This paper will also be responsible for:
· Recruitment, training and supervising young employees
· Carry business chambers
· Cases of Assigned Counsel
· Negotiation of fees
• The financial management of the cameras.
