may be responsible for water, gas and electricity, lighting,
heating and air conditioning, telecommunications, security
systems and elevators and escalators.
Some of its main functions, such as an engineer would include: · Drawing of installation plans using computer aided design software · Coordinate the work of engineering technicians and craftsmen on site · Testing and control of facilities and the analysis of the results to make improvements · Have the projects comply with building regulations, and health and safety requirements · Attendance at meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to managers and customers · Monitor the inspection and maintenance programs · Meeting with the construction of the supply industry to keep up with developments of new products.
