Surveyor Job Descriptions

| Building inspectors advising
clients on the design and construction of new buildings and
maintenance, repair, renovation and conservation of existing
ones. Customers range from individual homeowners to large
commercial and industrial real estate assets.
His work as a surveyor that vary depending on the type of
project, but usually focus on three main areas - the topography,
legal work, and planning and inspection. That the typical
duties in these areas include:
· Measurement of properties, structural defect identification
and formulation of recommendations for repairs
· Assessment of damage insurance and loss adjustment purposes,
for example, as a result of bad weather, fire or flood
· Damage to assess the risk (which is responsible for building
repair costs)
· Advising clients on issues such as property boundary disputes
To act as customer advocate or standing as an expert witness
in a lawsuit
· Properties of checks to ensure they meet building codes,
and standards of fire safety and accessibility
Procedural stage planning applications and the improvement
or preservation of subsidies
· Assessment of household energy efficiency and production
