| Construction technicians, sometimes known as an
estimator of the building or construction engineers responsible
for the support site, surveyors and architects in a number of areas.
His work is often a combination of office and workplace. As a coach, your main responsibilities may include: · Calculation of estimated costs of materials, labor, equipment and overheads for use in tenders · Work with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate and purchase materials, equipment and labor at the lowest price while maintaining quality • Help plan the methods used in each stage of construction · Design and drawing the construction plans and drawings with computer aided design (CAD) Monitoring construction · development against agreed completion dates · Preparation of construction sites before work, so the insurance offices and site huts, temporary access roads and power supplies are in place, and that deliveries arrive on time · Monitoring equipment construction contractors on site.
