in policy development and delivery of public services.
Its main duties of administrative assistant or officer would be to deal with customers, updating records and operating systems. The real work would depend on your department or agency, but may involve: · Handling questions from the public in person, by telephone or by letter · Updating computer records and paper · Payments of benefit processing · Information Research · Presentation, photocopying and other general administrative tasks.
