| Conference and exhibition
organizers plan and organized events such as fairs, exhibitions
and conferences. These can range from major events like the
Ideal Home Exhibition or party conferences, small local events.
As an organizer of the conference / exhibition would be three
main areas of work - marketing, operations and sales. In some
jobs that may specialize in one of them, or perhaps to address
all three aspects.
In marketing, your job may include:
Investigate the level of interest in an event
· Events Broadcast
· Finding suitable locations and dates
· Supervise the design and printing of tickets, posters and
promotional items.
Operations job is to make sure everything works well in the
day. Working in operations can include:
· Planning Schedule
· VENUES Booking
· Monitor and payment of contractors and suppliers, as the
exhibition designers and caterers
· Work closely with the event staff at events
· Handling of queries from exhibitors, speakers, sponsors
and visitors
· Monitor the health and safety and places to ensure safely
deleted.
