| Construction managers, also
known as site managers or site agents, supervise and direct
the operations of a construction project to ensure it is completed
safely, on time and within budget.
As a manager of smaller sites, often solely responsible for the entire project. In larger sites, may be in charge of a particular section, inform the manager. If you work as a construction manager more, you can monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Its typical features include: · Meeting with architects, surveyors, planners and buyers of construction before it starts · Planning work schedules for the job, using software packages for project management · Preparation of the site by hiring staff, installation of temporary offices and receipt of materials · Work closely with site personnel · Monitoring progress, costs and quality checking · To work to comply with legal requirements and building regulations · The information regularly to the client.
