usher,court order that would work to ensure that everyone
involved in a court case in the right place and knows what
to do.
Its tasks include:
· Preparing for the courtroom
· Check that the witnesses, defendants and lawyers are present
· Call accused and witnesses in court
· Manage oaths
· Product testing and move to the judge and jury
· The messages that pass between lawyers and legal advisers
· To maintain order in public areas
· Introduction of data into the computer system, filing and
photocopying.
In cases where the Crown Court, a "jury bailiff"
swears under oath to stop any unauthorized person to approach
the jury. As a jury that would usher additional features such
as:
· Follow up the jury and the courtroom
· Be serving outside the jury room
• Take messages between the jury and judge
· Organization of hotel accommodation, if the jurors overnight.
