| The database administrators
(DBAs for short) plan, build and maintain computer systems
for information. The type of database they work will depend
on your employer - examples include networks of banks account
of customer and patient record systems of the hospital.
As a DBA work could range from upgrading a existing database
to create a completely new home information.
In a new system would work for an organisation to:
Establish what is the database for use by other systems that
are linked with, for example, telephony
· Plan the structure, which shows how to organize the data
(the design of the "end"), and how to find and display
information (usability 'front end')
• Create a trial version and check the results to solve technical
problems, known as bugs
· Fill (fill) the database with new information or transfer
existing data into it
· Develop plans to update information, create backups, report
bugs and implement security measures.
