a debt collector or collection agent, who would be responsible
for the recovery of bad debts or late payments. You could work for a collection agency of the person, the debt collection businesses (commercial collection)
or individuals (consumer collection). Alternatively, it may
be a credit controller in the finance department of a company,
chasing late payments to suppliers and customers. In any case,
his work would consist of:
· Individuals and contact with business clients to seek payment · Negotiation of payment plans · Establishment and maintenance of client files · Payments Recording · Visit the debtors to collect payments (known as "field collection") · Monitoring of missing debtors. |
