can fit and supply spectacles, contact lenses and other optical
devices. Optometrists do not examine eyes. As an optical dispensing their duties typically include: · Use of apparatus for measuring optical aids clients · Distances and angles calculation in relation to the types of measurements of the lens and the client · Advice and provide information on lens options such as single vision or bifocal · People Advice on style, thickness and color of the frames · Assembly, adjustment and repair of the frames.
