As
an estates officer you would be responsible for the management
of land and property belonging to local councils and other
public bodies such as health authorities. Their duties often include:
· Organization and repairs and maintenance · Make the properties being used for its intended purpose · Treat with tenure applications and monitoring of lease agreements · To establish and revise rents Evaluate the potential of the property for future use in the short and long term Checking · Returns on investments · Negotiation with landowners and other stakeholders about the expropriation or purchase agreement · Advice on buying land issues · Attendance at meetings and contacts with other departments and organizations · Complete reports and performing statistical analysis and financial · Keep up with the land management and environment. |
