| As a casting process or foundry
workers, which could be responsible for a number of functions
within the foundry, depending on their size. That might work as one or more of the following: · Arena operator of the plant - the addition of resin materials such as mixture of sand machinery, which makes molds mixtures · Dome assistant (also used for the fuser or the oven) - control of the furnaces that melt the metal
· Wax assembler - putting together the wax patterns used in investment casting call · Ladleman (or wheels) - the transfer of molten metal from the furnace to the molds, using spoons or small crane mounted hand-carried containers · Die launcher - which operate die casting machines Burner · (operator also radioactive) - remove excess metal casting with a high temperature flame, grinding disc or electric arc equipment · Fettled - surplus metal grinding abrasive wheel casting · Shot blaster - use of shot blasting machine for cleaning castings with steel shot blasting · Welder - repair and installation of castings. |
