Hotel Receptionists Job Descriptions

Hotel receptionists are responsible for making guests feel welcome, dealing with room bookings and cancellations, and handling general requests made by clients during their stay.
As a receptionist at a hotel, its main functions include:
· Treat with reservations and cancellations by phone, email, letter, fax or face to face
· Checking guests in the hotel, allocating rooms and handing over the keys
· Verification of people outside the hotel, preparing invoices and receive payments
