As a housekeeper who is responsible for organizing
the hotel staff to ensure that all rooms are kept clean and
tidy and welcoming. In some hotels may be known as housekeeping
manager rather than a housekeeper. Your job would consist of: · Drawing exchange shift assignments and daily cleaning of room attendants · Boards of inspection to ensure that standards are met · Recording of faults or damage and arrange for repairs · The recruitment, staff training and supervision You can also manage a budget, purchasing supplies and keeping track of expenses.
