Resources (HR) officers or managers, also known as personnel
managers or administrators are responsible for the recruitment,
development and welfare of employees in your organization. As a human resources officer of your work would typically involve: · Staff recruitment - advertising and interviewing Work with other managers to plan future staffing needs · Maintain employee records • Provide staff training and development · Make staff have the right pay and benefits · Services Agreement, as the personal welfare and advice · Treatment of complaints and disciplinary procedures Promote equality and health and safety
· Advice on issues such as wage negotiations, redundancy and employment law · The development of human resources policies and procedures, manuals and personal writing. In large organizations, who may specialize in one or two of these areas. In smaller companies generally deal with all aspects of work. |
