Airline Customer Service Personal Statement
I have a career that is focussed on customer satisfaction
and working in this industry has required me to display excellent communication
skills in order to deal with both satisfied and dis-satisfied customers.
As this role requires me to deal with passengers and checking in systems
I have to bring together my exceptional organisational skills and my
ability to work effectively and efficiently enabling me to issue boarding
passes and luggage labels as well as dealing with any excess charges.
