to accumulate is a well known phrase that people use when
they are gambling. This is what you are doing when you are
sending out a speculative letter with your CV. You are taking
a chance that the person receiving your letter has some vacancies,
is interested in you and will contact you to invite you in
for an interview.
There are two types of speculative letters Type One Is where you are writing to a firm you are interested in working for: And Type Two Is where you may have read an article about a company that is expanding relocating or setting up?
