The time I experienced great customer service was when I had a suit made for my friends wedding. They took their time with me and made sure I got the suit made to my satisfaction. They advised me on how they felt the suit should look but also took the time to listen. I felt they cared for what I wanted and didn't just make any suit for me. In the end they produced the suit I had asked for and was left feeling very pleased with the outcome.

I think this would be an advantageous time for me to further the development
of my career and I feel that a company as reputable as this would give
me the chance to expand my horizons in the way I feel would be best
suited to my abilities.

I have fifteen years experience in the retail trade and in that time serving costumers to the best of my ability and making sure of customer satisfaction has given me a great deal of pride.

The reason I would like to work for this company is because I like
the Waitrose philosophy in that they feel the employees have a degree
of ownership in the firm.
I think I would feel proud to be part of a company to which I felt I
owned a part.
I am a hard worker, and in my employment in the retail trade I have gained substantial experience covering a wide range of disciplines, which I feel, could be advantageous given the right work environment.
