put yourself in the shoes of the person
conducting the interview. Keep in mind
that person's agenda: to determine whether
you have the skills, personal attributes
and motivation to be successful in the
job. What you are ultimately "selling"
during a job interview are those elements
of your background, skills and personality
that can make a significant contribution
